Passover the Blog until Thursday

Pesach (Passover) starts at sundown on Monday, so we are very busy getting ready for Seders.  For years my we have always done all ritual foods from scratch.  I always do the Haroset, but this year I am also along with two others doing our unique family version of Gefilte fish  (we use different fish and spices, and we fry it).  Because of this we are taking a respite for a few days and will not be posting here or on Coffee, Cats n' Yarn, so to all my peeps, have a meaningful and plentiful Seder.

I have to work faster, the Cats LOVE our Gefilter Fish!
